As the main concept of this episode, I am going to elaborate how we do our Micro Metrics and many among other concepts to discuss to be able to achieve this strategy perfectly and successfully. When Your Entire Team Shuts Down Due to COVID-19 [Ep #179]
Monday Jan 25, 2021
Monday Jan 25, 2021
In this episode of the Profitable Practice Podcast, our entire team had to shut down on a dime and we still managed to have the highest grossing month of the entire year. Listen up, because this is a very important story, Stay Tuned!
OUR COVID JOURNEY MAY CLOSED US MASSIVELY, BUT WE
2020 was an unforgettable experience for me and my team as we’ve experienced shutting down totally due to the Corona Virus. As I received the bad news that one of my colleagues were positive, proceeding then to my results being positive too, we’ve all undergone quarantine as I also felt heavy headaches to the point where I can’t sleep. Then we started going virtual as it is the only way to still be able to catch up with the business to keep it going and the revenues be given attention.
The virus may shut us down for a while, yet I am proud to say that December 2020 was still one of the highest revenue generating month of the entire year. Even with the present challenges COVID may have brought to us, we still managed to hold a record and be successful. For this I say that mindset is a very essential thing to upkeep. Challenges should not be the hindrance to success but rather be an inspiration to hold on to. Stay Tuned!

[2:00] My COVID Journey and the experiences I had been through.

[7:50] The feeling of guilt of involving others into this unfortunate event.
[11:15] Creating a back-up plan is our way to go for instances like these.
[12:10] ‘December is one of our highest revenue generating month of the entire year.’
[14:14] Everything still worked out beautifully from the virtual strategy.
[14:55] “You just only need to be able to find a way to keep your patient flow as consistent as humanly as possible.”
[16:03] My final takeaways.
