In this episode of The Profitable Practice Podcast, I interview my mentee Dr. Meaghan Datema, ND about her experience as a new grad transitioning into practice with mentorship.
THERE ARE HUGE BENEFITS TO HIRING NEW GRADS AS EMPLOYEES!
The status quo model of hiring new grads as associates on a % split is not the only way to go about hiring help and mentoring the next gen of ND’s. In fact, I think it serves neither practitioner nor the practice very well.
In my interview with Dr. Meaghan, she compares both her experiences in transitioning into the workforce as a newly graduated ND – from the perspective of a contractor and an employee.
From the clinic owner’s perspective I weigh in on some of the benefits I’ve received from this very strategically beneficial arrangement.
Tune in to hear how we’re making it a really beautiful experience for us both.
